By accessing or using HRConnect ("the System"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the System. These terms apply to all employees, administrators, and authorized users of Allied Care Experts Medical Center – Legazpi Inc.

2. Eligibility and Access

Access to the System is restricted to authorized employees and personnel of Allied Care Experts Medical Center – Legazpi Inc. You must be provided with valid login credentials by the HR or IT department to access the System. The company reserves the right to deny or terminate access at any time for violation of these terms.

3. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password)

Upon termination, all provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
